Trim Instructions

Picture
After receiving your Rockin'Feet massaging insoles, you may have to trim the toe end (only) to get a snug fit inside your shoe. To do so, simply trim the toe area only as needed to allow the insole to lay flat but still touch the toe and the heel of the shoe.  Use very sharp scissors and cut in very small increments, following the trim line provided.

Helpful Hint:  Try the insole in the shoe first.  It should touch the toe and the heel of the shoe and lay flat.  If it bows in the middle or turns up at the heel, trim about a third of the way from the toe end and the trim mark on the insole.  Try the insole for fit again.  Continue in this manner until the insole fits properly.
