Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar Fasciitis is an inflammation or tearing of the fascia band tissue on the bottom of the foot. The common most common cause is a lack arch support.
There are four fascia bands of tissue attached to the front of the ball of your foot. It extends along the bottom of the foot and is attached by a single ligament to the apex of the calcaneus or heel bone. This tissue is non-vascular, meaning is does not have its own blood supply. When damaged, healing depends on proper arch support and increased blood flow to the foot.
Plantar Fasciitis is usually characterized by severe pain in either the heel, just in front of the heel, or through the arch itself. The pain is normally more pronounced in the morning when the first steps are taken due to the injuring the partial heeling that took place overnight.
Rockin'Feet provides excellent arch support relieving the strain on the fascia tissue which helps to relieve the pain.
More importantly, Rockin'Feet improves circulation to the fascia tissue, significantly reducing healing time.
